Yes, a Pickleball court is 20 feet wide and 44 feet long. A racquetball court is 20 feet wide, 20 feet high, and 40 feet long, so the rules can be easily adapted. Currently, there are a number of clubs with Racquetball courts that have developed their own Pickawall rules, incorporating the walls as part of the playing area.
Yes, all current Pickleball equipment can be used in Pick a Ball Club courts.
